The Story Behind ‘Not Just Breathe’

The greatest learnings of all are in the pages of a book and the by-lanes of an unexplored city. Thats what I live by. And thats what I truly live on too, barring that fact that I also juggle a full-time-high-stress job.

I started this blog to reach out to all of those who think working in a cubicle 10 hrs a day disinherits you from the love of life. You can still travel as much as you want to.

The Route – My first short story

How do you measure your life? ::::::::::::::::::::::: Is it the number of dreams that had kept you awake at night, which you have chased but failed to realise? :::::::::::::::::::::: Is it the number of dreams that others had dreamt for you that you have achieved? ~~~~~~~~~~ Pic location: South Kolkata Pic courtesy: The Sister
Doing the most important thing that I do on weekends when I am home - Nothing! And between doing important nothings, I also browse old photos to remind me of how wonderful some of the other weekends were, such as this one where I am looking over the Three Cities port in #Malta from the Upper Barakka Gardens! #khaleesi feelings much!!
I am so swamped with work that I have no time to go see the Eiffel when in Paris!!! I think that's a good phrase to describe how hectic your life is, what do you think? Sadly for me this is literally true at the moment. I am so looking forward to my Christmas break and also hoping that the new year will bring me closer to newer places to see in 2020. Gosh 2020!! I can't believe we are already stepping into 2020. There was a time not so long ago when 2020 seemed like a year from the far away future; like science fiction. We would allocate almost unachievable goals to 2020 and now, in almost a blink of an eye, this year is upon us! Time flies onboard a rocket!! How have you been?
People often think it needs a bank full of money and a calendar full of leaves to travel. This can't be further from the truth. If you want an exotic holiday in a five star resort with bell boys moving around in smart jackets, yes that does need a shit load of money. But basic, no frills but comfortable and safe travels don't need to be that. All it needs is a little bit of planning and the hunger to see and experience new things. Infact, awesome experiences don't even need to be far away from where you stay. How many of us can put their hand on their hearts and say that they have really explored their own neighborhood, their own city, their own state, their own country? So just find that place which you want to see and boom your tickets. Everything else will fall in place. Pic location: Tranquebar, Tamil Nadu. One of the only Danish colonies of India.
